Homexa is an Affiliated Virtual Office Website (VOW) Partner duly registered with the Toronto Regional Real Estate Board (TRREB). All Multiple Listing Service (MLS®) data is intended strictly for personal, non-commercial use. Users must have a bona fide interest in the purchase, sale, or lease of real property as offered through this VOW. Registrants agree not to duplicate, redistribute, retransmit, or otherwise use any MLS® data or Listing Information, except in connection with evaluating the purchase, sale, or lease of a specific property. Should an agreement be executed between Homexa and a Consumer that imposes financial obligations on the Consumer or establishes a representation arrangement with the Consumer, such agreement must be separately documented, prominently identified as such, and may not be accepted solely through electronic means, including mouse clicks.

Toronto Regional Real Estate Board (TRREB) Disclaimers

TRREB retains exclusive ownership of and proprietary rights to the MLS® database, MLS® data, TRREB's MLS® System, and associated Listing Information. The user shall not, directly or indirectly, display, disseminate, distribute, publish, broadcast, transfer, sell, or sublicense any Listing Information to any third party. Prohibited activities include, but are not limited to, “scraping“ (including “screen scraping“ and “database scraping“), “data mining,“ or any other method intended to collect, store, reorganize, summarize, or manipulate MLS® Listing Information or related data. These Terms of Use explicitly authorize TRREB, its Members, and their duly authorized representatives to access the VOW to ensure compliance with applicable MLS® Rules and Policies (including VOW Rules) and to monitor the display of Members' Listings via the VOW. By utilizing this website, you consent to the collection, use, and disclosure of your personal information, including your full name, email address, and phone number. Such personal information may be shared with TRREB for audit and/or legal compliance purposes. The information provided herein is deemed reliable but is not guaranteed by TRREB.

Information Technology Systems Ontario Disclaimers

Users agree not to duplicate, redistribute, or retransmit any VOW Content, except in direct connection with the bona fide consideration of purchasing or selling an individual property. Users acknowledge the proprietary ownership and exclusive rights of the Association over MLS® System data. Notwithstanding the foregoing, TRREB, the Association, and other authorized Members retain the right to access the VOW to verify compliance with Regional MLS® Rules and to oversee the presentation of Members' Listings.
